[Resolved] Blackberry — web services including BB messenger is not working | |||
I am a customer from India. I am an Airtel customer. I can’t use BlackBerry messenger and other internet facilities last two days. I made complaint on phone twice to Airtel and they simply informing that they will rectify the problem. I think this is an irresponsible attitude as this problem is prolonging still from which I am suffering a lot. As I am an Advocate and a Recruiter in business field at the same time, I have so many duties to perform including file transfer especially using BB software. As I am BB customer please take appropriate action to re install my net connections as early as possible failing which will become unhealthy relationship. Kindly make it correct that the operators like Airtel is accurate in their duties or it will affect negatively to BB also. Thanking you. Kindly reply me about the problem.
