[Resolved] Blackberry — Refusal of warranty Service by vodafone store | |||
Respected Sir/Madam , With due respect i want to draw your kind attention towards the matter that i Rajat Kapoor holding vodafone Blackberry storm 9500 handset with I.M.E.I No. [protected] purchased on 14/07/2010.my concern is, when i bought this handset from the retailer he advised me that handset warranty will be covered by the vodafone store. Now from tha past 2 weeks i am facing following problems:- 1) Low Network coverage 2) Battery Backup 3) No Display 4) Handset hanging problem every now and then 5) Handset heatup while charging more than expected. Having said that warranty will be covered by the vodefone store, i visited to the vodafone store branch in ghaziabad (Navyug Market ) they refused to repair my handset, stating that i bought this handset from the local retailer so that we will not cover the warranty you need to visit our other branch which is in Noida sec 18 oppoisite GIP Mall .When i visited there with the token No.84 they also refused to repair the handset stating the same reason (handset is not purchased from the vodafone store). Then i called the blackberry toll free no[protected] i asked the same to them & they adviced that your handset should be repaired by the vodafone store as you have a vodafone logo on it. Please suggest me what should i do as i have spent Rs. 18600 for this handset and within 1 months time i have faced loads of problem . zero support from customer care
I have purchased i blackberry bold3 whose manufacturing date is 6/11.and i have lost bill of it and the phone logically counting is still in warranty.
But there is no support from blackberry support
