i am using blackberry 8520 new but its not functioning properly

I Am Using Blackberry 8520 Since Last 6 Months .. And in between i had visited your blackberry
service centre .. I told them the fault in my mobile they took my mobile from me ..
And kept it for 15 days After 15 days they gave me .. My mobile but again i am getting the problem ..
Your Blackberry 8520 is not working properly and it always get hanged and always get some problem ..
Please look after it please ... My EMI 357256.04.162573.9
