[Resolved]  Blackberry — Handset Problem

I am holding Blackberry 8900 since March 2010. I purchased the same on 23/3/2010 for Rs. 18510/-. In month of June, it got hanged and I got the new handset on 21/7/2010. Now, from last two months, I am facing the new problems as my phone gets disconnected during the call and if I redial the same number then it shows the status as call failed.

I approached the Redington India Limited, Okhla, Delhi and they don’t have the time to listen the customer grievances and their simple is just to leave the handset for almost 15-20 days for repair. Thereafter, I asked for the alternative set during the repair period and they simply refused for the same.

Now, I request you to get my handset replaced immediately otherwise I will be forced to take legal action against the company.
