Blaze Flash Courier — Shipment package did not reach

My father-in-law booked a shipment with you and he was given a C. No.[protected]. Their website and any of their representatives are unable to track this courier.

More than 10 days have passed and there is no news of the shipment huh..

No one from their booking branch is able to tell anything about it and I am feeling harassed.

I don't know if they will pay for our loss or not. It contained important and relatively costly item.
