Really this courier is very bad even worst . I got my document after 12 days. If they take so many days than what is meaning of courier service. they took 3 days to deliver within there zone area because only of causal attitude of employ .

This is to inform you and update you with my grievance caused by your courier service.
I had booked my parcel to be sent from Delhi to Aurangabad, Maharashtra on 31st of December 2010 from its paschim puri branch. with no.[protected] and it was promised by the person so authorised that to the max it will be delivered by tuesday.
I understand that there might be some problem and it might get delayed by a day or two but not longer than that. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and spoke to Miss Aarti there.One should thank there stars if they are able to connect to the head office and corporate office because no one picks up the phone and its very frustrating. My complaint no. is G-796 .she told me that my parcel has already reached Aurangabad and gave me the number of Mr. Rakesh there.He has no manners to talk to a lady and this man told us all lies. Firstly, he took atleast 50 calls to attend our call and den gave wrong information that we may go and collect it from there office in Nutan colony, Aurangabad, Maharasthra. and when my friend went there to collect the same, he refused saying that it is still in pune. and that we must call up pune people.

NOW WHERE ARE WE SUPPOSE TO GO, ITS NOT OUR DUTY TO CALL UP AT EVERY PLACE AND TRACK, OUR DUTY WAS DONE WHEN WE PAID THE AMOUNT TO YOU FOR DELIVERY.
This is the case of mismanagement, disgusting behaviour of your staff and to my shock you have given contacts on internet and no one attends the call from the same.
It is my request that you look into the matter, failing which i shall be constrained to resort to legal action.

my courier number is[protected] was dispatched from Delhi on 18th feb 2011 from ip extension patparganj madhu vihar for Bhilai durg chhattisgarht today is 22nd feb 2011. courier is still undelivered and after calling the courier persons not responding about the status. i am really very usatisfied with blaze flash courier services as this is my 2nd worst experience with them .

While you assure for dely with in 2-3 days, it is surprising that status shown on 9.04.11 against above is forwarded by Lucknow on 9.04.11.
