Blazeflash — courier not reached | |
i am shanawaz alam,one of my relative had sent a courier 2 jaipur.It has been sent a long back nd in the website of blazeflash it was showing delivered till 16th march 2010 but today its showin its not in our system contact customer care.the courier has not yet delivered 2 jaipur,wen called dey said that it will reach by tomorrow but today also it has not reached nd wen we are calling they are not picking up the call.we are realy harrassed a lot,sender as well as the reciever.we have really got irritated with this service of BLAZEFLASH courier service.Plz i humbly request you to look onto the matter as soon as possible and take strict action against this company. My complaint is against BLAZEFLASH (BF) courier (Pankaj Plaza Office, 303, 3rd floor, Sector 4, Plot No 4, Dwarka, ND 110075. Anjay Singh/Ranjeeet Singh[protected], [protected]).
My packet weighing 1.5 kg to Kochi was booked on 11th August 2008 (Rs 160 was charged for the consignment) and the packet was to reach Kochi on 13th, as per the courier guys. The packet had to go further to kuwait on 16th early morning. Its amazing to see that the packet didnt reached the destination till today morning (18th august 2008). The tracking shows that the packet is forwarded to Kochi.
Since its of no use now that the packet didnt reached in time, I request the complaintboard to help me in getting my amount back along with the rickshaw charges which I had to pay to reach BF office.
