I have sent an important document on 10/10/09 vide cons, note no.[protected], to Patna. Howevery it has not reached the destination after a lapse of 4 days. Why dont you stop the services to such place where you cant provide proper services in order to avoid inconvenience to others.

Delay in delivery and poor tracking system
I had mailed a account's paper (cosginment no.[protected] on 10th Nov., 2009 from saini enclave, delhi, jmd Courier [blazeflash dealer] for satna (m.p)
Till date there is no information about the letter.There is no update on the website and the no one has idea where the letter is right now.
This is not the kind of service expected from such a reputed organisation

ist late delivery we booked from delhi on dated 08/12/2009 doc no is[protected]
but till 11/12/2009 evening 4.57 i have not recieved .
i make a call on mobile no [protected] they says contact in office after 1 pm,
i complaint him that in your office they did not pick up the phone they says that in worning work load is too much.
then i make a call on 2.00 pm in office they pick up the phone after 4th call, there answer is delivery boys goes on cycle and deliver you on 4.30 pm .
but till 5 pm i have not recived the matterial .

2nd no maxium time we did not recived the papers of bills with docot.

Courier was delivered to your bangalore office on 13th January.but i did not get any call from your office.i called your office and when asked about the courier response i received was courier has a incomplete address. when i provided them my address they said that they are not able to find the courier.
the lady with whom i was talking told that she will call me back in an hour and suddenly disconnected the phone .i did not get any call after that .i called almost 6 times everytime i received the same answer and lady used to disconnect the phone while i was talking
on the cover of courier there has been my contact number written no one from your office bothered to call me and ask me an address if they were thinking that address is incomplete I am perfectly sure that address written on the courier cover is right
Now they are saying that they are not able to find the Courier and has been misplaced

Mr. ravikumar Guindy asked me to call Mr. Senthil @ T. Nagar Office on Phone No. 42070967
And he is not interested to even reply properly
Then I have called mr. Senthil on 42070967 he confirms he will be sending me the consignment at the earliest
I am sorry to say this type of responsible people is working with the courier like mr. ravikumar
I request the concerns to pl look into it for betterment of your business relationship with customers who pays and get irresponsible reply from your officials

I have been advised to Talk to Guindy Courier Office @ 22332817 and there Mr. Ravikumar is not interested to reply any thing other than contracting Mr. Senthil at T Nagar Courier Office
I had Talk mr. Senthil at 42070967 he replied that the parcel will be delivered immediately
but till this time I have not received the parcel Time 17.15 date 21.01.10
