i have send the couries dct no.[protected].by 25 jan to gurgaon.this is not deliverd for gurgaon.pls take care this issue.

I have sended a parcel through you courier company order no.[protected] on 3/04/2010 which is delievered by airways for an urjent purpose but till today 10/04/2010 that parcel havn't delievered to the destination and nobody at your regional and branch office is taking responsblity of this delay and i want the delievry of that parcel very urgently and there is n information provided on your website for tracking the consignment, i am not at all satisfied from your courier services and i future i am not gonna repeat this mistake of sending urgent parcel through your courier services .

A nd for this time i request you to deliever that parcel with in two days or i have to tae the help of my legal advisor.

Courier no.[protected] is not receive, which was sent from Delhi to Sivasagar (Assam), i have tried a lot in this phones no. [protected] (Dehi) and +91 [protected] (guwahati) but they had not response my call. So Sir kindly sent it as soon as possible.

My important document was booked on 09.09.2010 from Delhi to Siliguri, CN NO.[protected]. When I did not receive the document even on 14 th I called upto their local office in Siliguri. The guy there did not talk properly neither he could give me any where-abouts my document.

I have sent one parcel to M.P.(place: Garhakota) on 10th Sep. 2010 but it is still not delivered till today. Docket number:[protected].Seriously very pathetic sevice, do need ful action asap as the parcel is required urgently.

We have not received our parcel which was booked from New Delhi to Kolkata through docket no[protected] on 05.02.11, Till date there is no information regarding the above docket number.If the company cannot deliver the consignment on time then why do they accept the consignment.

Sir my parcelawb[protected] is not yet received, it is despeched on[protected].from the web-we know that it is inkottayam krl/260711/1/bsm/nd/558, but the item isnot yet despached, the address given in the web-thatis shajiumman, is afraudhis number given is[protected], and the office number is[protected].both are not the courers- phone, help me, i have lost some money...

My docket no is[protected] still not recived required urgently...atleast call up we can pick by ourself...

One document (an International journal where one of my Research Papers was published) was sent to on 23rd may, 2012 through Blazeflash Courier. Consignment No;[protected]. But unfortunately, till today i.e. 7th July, 2012 the document has not reached me. How can we rely on these courier companies? The personnel that work particularly in Guwahati office are not cooperative. Now how can I get justice?

Folks - You do not seem to be the only one. I too have a similar experience. Courier dispatched on 08 NOV 2012 from Delhi has still not reached Bangalore even on 12 NOV. Online Tracking seems only for the name sake, it does not work at all. Every time you try to track, there is a system error. Hope someone at Blazeflash looks at these complaints - CK
