[Resolved]  Blazeflash Courier — Consignment not delivered

article no.[protected] dated 16.4.2009 from sarojani nagar, lucknow to me at L.I.C.COLONY, KHADI BHANDAR ROAD, P.O.RAMNA, MUZAFFARPUR-842002 is still undelivered to me.on enqury from local delivery office at motijheel, muzaffarpur persons working there Mr Sanjay Kumar & two others told me that the article is delivered on 21.4.2009.I am single person at my work place so the article is delivered to some unknown person & they also missbehave me.I am well known person at my workplace & a week ago an article no.[protected] from the same person was delivered to me.

hye, my courier was placed alamwala, punjab<india> date 20-04-09 but not received i need it becoz it's my important paper...our doc. no.[protected] plz conform it. please reply early

I am gaurav agarwal. I have booked a courier[protected] for Pune Scdl on 13/4/2009 from Toon center dilshad Garden New delhi 110095. Either it is not delivered to pune or not returned to me. When I talked to customer care center she replied me it has missplace and delivered again. So plz check the status of this courier[protected] and delivered to pune ASAP.

The website for tracking the shipment is showing the shipment delivered, while it is not delivered yet. The Shipment No. is[protected].

Consignment no.[protected], booked on[protected] from omex industries mahatma fule nagar thane .6 to globe steels pvt ltd c-5 industrial estate ambattur chennai not delivered till today . i taled to your customer representative regarding that but i am not geting any satisfactory reponse from them. its very urgent please do the needful. my complaint no. is 283.

Blazeflash Couriers Ltd — Consignement Given to wrong person without identify his ID

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have courierd a Mobile Hand-set (Sony Ericcson K530i, with battery, data cable, charger, CD and handset) from Delhi to Alwar via receipt no.[protected] on friday dated 08-05-09. While taking of consignement company representative charge 100/- extra as insurance fee and also confirm me that the deliever date, according to him that was 11-05-09.

On, 11-05-09 I contacted to the beneficery (my brother) about the consignement and he told me that, he was not contacted by the company and till that time consignement didn't reach to him. I inform to the courier office here in delhi regarding the matter. The company official after some time told me that the consignement is already delievered to the person there as a person come to the office and he said I am the beneficery. It was really shocked for me because my brother was not contacted by the company and courier office in alwar handover the consignment without varify the genuinity of the person. Its a case of foul play and courier company cheated me in a big way. My mobile handset was worth of Rs 7600/-

Again that was a very big surprise for me when I contacted their customer care centre and representative told me that this particualr consignement was delivered to my brothers address by courier boy. And their office at alwar told me that a person come to personally at their office.

I requested to check all the case to their director and after so much of mantallly disturbance one of director told me that they are not able to solve the case and couldn't help me out in any way. And as a director as also told me that I can only give you 1000/- as your claim amount and also start telling me about their rules and regulation.

This is the case of cheating and fraud where I suffer a lot mentally and I also lost my mobile hand-set.

Could any one help me out how can I lodge a complaint in consumer court and what all my rights in that case.

Blazeflash Courier — Not delivered

This is to inform you that my courier consignment no[protected] has not been delivered yet. I had despatched the courier on 25th May, 2009. I have also tried to call several times to confirm the status, but the response received was just to ensure that my call has been attended, rest I have not received any support from you people in locating my courier.
I had this impression in my mind that blazeflash is a reputed organization but I found the worst out of it. In future I will never recommend your company to anyone. I hope to receive a positive response.

Blaze flash of Andheri (E) branch having Tel no. 28397395/28245739/28388450 is unprofessional branch.

I have been trying all the three nos just to check the status of consignment but it is always picked up & then put it down i.e. it is disconnect without even answering.

Is this how you attend to the client?

Can you let me know the mail id / tel no of higher authority in Blaze Flash?

The courier was sent from Delhi, no.[protected] to Pune. It was requested that it be delivered on a Monday as on weekend the house would be locked. The courier was delivered on Saturday and given to the security gaurd despite of the fact that the packet mentioned Monday delivery.
The packet was packed but it was clear that it was tampered with, when opened I found that everything else was there apart from the umbrella( cost $12).
When called up to complain, response got was
1. So what is the problem if it was delivered on the weekend.
2. Right now I am not in a mood to hear you out.
3. Do whatever you can do, we are not interested.
Why is the company in this business if all they want to do is trouble and cheat their customers?
Disgusting services the company offers and pathetic staff they hire.

Blazeflash Courier Service — Consignment Not Delivered After 4 Days

A consignment was dispatched from Bareilly to Greater Noida as on 18-06-09. But till now I am unable to receive that consignment. Whenever I am trying to talk with those people, they are misbehaving with me and also said that this is not their responsibility to dispatch the courier at time. Very poor service...
