[Resolved] Blazeflash Courier — Consignment not delivered | |
Hi, I sended a local courier through Blazeflash courier on dated 22/05/2012 via Consignment POD No.[protected]. Courier booking place was ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd, B-9 Sec 16, Noida, Destination was at New Delhi. Surprising thing is that today almost 13 days has been passed away but neither the courier has been delivered to destination nor the same has got returned back… There were some important documents inside the consignment and were necessary to delivered within TAT described by Blazeflash Courier. Due to this negligency I had to bear the losses in monetary terms. Even after the continue followup with courier company, neither the courier got delivered nor the same has been returned back. I had also addressed the complain for same issue to the Blazeflash customer support but haven't got even any response from their side... My consignment no[protected] was sent from Munirka Office Delhi on friday dated 23/10/09. It was supposed to reach the destination Dimapur dated 26/10/09 but on enquiring the consingnment is untraceable. To my utter dismay non of the office is responding my call. The customer service is also unavailable. Please do not break our trust on your service and I hope proper coordination is there to help the customer.
Blazeflash is one of the worst courier services I have come across in last 15 years of my corporate experience. Highly arrogante, rude and most customer unfriendly, they boat of their political connections as well as connections with local goons to deal with their customers. Such companies should be bycotted by one and all and should be banned by govet as they adopt most unethical business practices to deal with customers.
I have failed to understand how come politiaions have allowed them to use their photographs for publicity of this company.

My parents have not yet received the courier with docket no.[protected], dispatched on 26th Oct'09.
Today called up customer care to find out phone no. and address for Dhanbad region. They didn't provide the address and gave a wrong mobile no ( it belonged to someone else).

Today it is 4th Nov finished and there r no signs of the thing..is this is wat expected from this reputed service??
u must be punctual and dedicated and loyal for th service of th society as we PAY for it and use it for some or the other urgency..
i hope u look up into it as soon as possible..
