Dear Customer care,
1. Consignment no.[protected] booked from delhi on 27 Aug 11,reaches Hyd on 29 Aug 11.The consignment is returned to Dehi on 30 Aug 11 to ,without informing me stating No Service. W hen the same is enquired fm 2nd Chief in The Office Mr. Venkatesh at HYDERABAD-I (R.O.),([protected] )who initially refused to attend the call for two days due holidays &then on the third day he says as it was no service area we do not enquire from the customer nor in any way we are responsible for it. At presently I'm unaware of my courier as delhi mobiles of blazeflash are switched off.([protected],[protected]).
2. Just to put on records, before the courier was booked at Delhi it was specifically inquired whether the service would be provided at Air Force Academy, Dundigul ,Hyderabad and the reply was affirmative so the delivery was to be done. I would like my courier to be located and delivered with due apology for the poor service and a pathetic response before i take a legal recourse.
