Mail not received/sent

Hello,

My cousins had sent me "Rakhis" to France on the event of raksha bhandhan. However, I have not received any post. It's been almost more than 10 days and at extreme, no information has been updated on their tracking website. My docket no. is 195309121.

Please do something in this regard or take some necessary actions.
