Blazeflash Courier — Not received courier

Dear Sir,
I have couriered medicine from Laxmi nagar branch, (Delhi) to katihar (Bihar) on dated[protected] morning.Today is 21st December. Still we have not received the medicine, we have urgent need of that medicine, This is my courier no[protected].I asked to Laxmi nagar branch but they are not able to tell me why courier taking so much time. I did complain at laxmi nagar brance regarding this on 20th Dec.but no one is taking any kind of action,
