courier packet — Compelling for receiving from the office instead of home delivery

This is to inform you that the officials of trackon couriers are compelling me to collect the courier from their office and they are not delivering at my home. On further requesting they are threatening to send back the courier.
In fact the courier contains rakhi and today is rakshabandan still they have not delevered my courier.

Blazeflash Courier — packet not delivered

We have sent one packet to Bhatinda thru Blazeflash courier vide tracking number[protected] on April 15/2011 from Delhi. Till date this packet was not delivered. Guy in Bhatina does not pick up the phone at all and we have not received any status. We have sent books and medicines, those are very important documents. Please advise us status of this packet at the earliest.
