i have sent a document with important papers in it through blaze flash couriers limited on 12/06/12 vide no.[protected]. to Andslite Pvt Ltd. E-64 Bhadrabad haridwar uttrakhand. till date they have not delivered the same at said adress. it was very urgent to reach the papers on time i have contacted the srinagar , haridwar and Delhi's office they are not responding it satisfactorly from last many days they promised us to deliver it but deliverying thanks & regards star valley solars shaheen plaza karan nagar srinagar 190010 m-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

i have sent a courier of 1 document/parcel to hyd, on 7th jan through your agent at saket meerut. At the time of booking i was assured delivery of the same on 9th jan positively . I regret till date you have failed to diliver as assured and on enquiry from your agent no satisfactory reply is given. Earlier also twice i experienced the same delayed delivery. I wounder if this is your policy to make false promises at the time of booking. I am sure you will take serious note of my this complaint and arrange immediate delivery with intimation to me. Rs. 200 was paid by me in advance to your agent

i had booked parcel on 19/06/09 for kolkata vide their consignment no[protected]from their agent m/s om balajee, khyber pass market, civil lines, delhi-110054.
1 week is gone and no one is telling where the parcel gone.
when u speak to them they abuse and keep the phone down.
registered a fir also with the police station.

I booked a important document vide consignment no.[protected] for Gurgaon which was not delivered to the address nor it was returned to me. I made several complaints to executives(Sh.Deepak Bhatnagar at Allahabad and company director on their website) but there response was shocking and not satisfactory.
