Blazeflash — delay in courier & refused to deliver at home address | |||
The courier service has given a bad time to me. It took 8 days to deliver from Delhi to Shimla. After several follow up with the courier service they finally called me & said that they can't deliver it to my home address. You please come & collect the courier. When we have paid the courier charges how can they refuse to deliver. I will never ever recommend anyone to courier from Blazeflash. The Courier person talked with me so loudly that i can't express in words. He says i have to see my courier boys health & i can't deliver it to your home address you better collect or it will remain here only with me. so i cant send it to your home as it is far from my office. You come & collect in near by area. This is first time i have heard these kind of words... Was this information helpful? | |||

delay of service — from & to address not checking
Dear Sir,I was given a courier with pod no[protected] dated on 06/01/2011, which i sent to chennai -029. But ur team without seaing the from & to address just blindly returned my courier to me. Plz request for get an educated employees to ur company. This is not the first time, so plz inform to ur team.
