The courier service provided by BLAZEFLASH organization is highly disappointing. Moreover the customer care service representatives are not ready to even listen to the customer complaints.
I dropped a courier (tracking no.[protected] on 2nd January 2012 and still waiting for this to get delivered.
The online status shows - Forwarded to “RISHIKESH [NO ONLINE] Contact On PH- [protected]”.
I have contacted the above mentioned number several times. The delivery guy has confirmed receipt of the consignment but is not ready to deliver the same.
Tried contacting the customer service but the representative are not even ready to listen to you complaint. Haven’t heard such irresponsible and harsh customer care ever. Was this information helpful? |
