[Resolved]  Bluedart — Non delivery of Shipment AWB No. [protected]

This is regarding non delivery of shipment AW No. [protected] through Blue Dart which contains new PAN card of my son (PAN Card No.ASYPD9098B) issued by NSDL. I regreat to notice that the same is returned to origin by M/s Blue Dart which is absolutely the example of the poorest service and negligency by M/s Blue Dart. I would like to inform that I have been interacting with M/s Bule Dart over telephone / mail since 05.10.09. I am really surprised to experience so bad service even after geting the apology letter from M/s Blue Dart as below.

Moreover, we are always at our home since 03.10.09 till 10.10.09 except on 08.10.09 which I have also mentioned in my letter to M/s Blue Dart appended below as well as informed to M/s Blue Dart over telephone requesting not to deliver the shipment on that day. I am surprised to notice that Bule Dart person came ONLY on that very date (08.10.09) indicating the same writing the message on the outside switchboard. Even after that I contacted M/s Blue Dart twice on yesterday i.e. on 09.10.09 and M/s lue Dart confirmed me that the shipment shall be definitely delivered by 10.10.09, but surprisingly I have noticed that the same has been returned back to origin.

I regreat to express my above experience is an example of the poorest quality of service and negligeny from M/s Blue Dart.

Thank you for your prompt response. However, I regret to inform you that the said shipment is not delivered to my address till 6:20 pm today i.e. 6th October though it was confirmed by your local representative over telephone. Further I have another shipment with AW No. [protected] addressed to my wife Sangita Das for which also I have not received the courier till now.

I therefore request you that necessary attempt shall be made on 9th October positively as we shall not be present in the said address on 8th October as already confirmed in my trail mail.
