[Resolved]  Blue Dart Courier, Dumdum Airport Branch — HSBC DEBIT CARD RETURN

This has reference to the HSBC Debit card, Way Bill Number [protected] Reference No[protected], dispatched thro' Blue Dart courier. The courier refused to hand over the card to me on showing proof Photo ID ( Voter I card).
