[Resolved]  Bluedart — consignment not delivered

Bluedart service did not deliver my credit card with awb no [protected]. The consignment deliveres to show identifications. For it I waited till 1:30 pm for almost three consecutive days after receiving sms for delivery from standard chartered bank. The delivery boy did came on the first day (22nd Aug 2013) but after 5:00 pm and my wife did not had the identification that day, thus she asked him to come next day earlier. He simply refused to come early the next day. Anyway I waited the next two days till 1:30 pm then given my identifications to my wife and gone to office. Now my identifications remains with my wife at home but still awaiting for the consignment. Can you help? Thanks and regards Manish
