[Resolved]  Bluedart Express — Refusal for delivering courier and usage of foul language

To Blue dart

This is regarding refusal of delivering credit card and usage of abusive language by the courier delivery executive of blue dart.

Primafacia - The executive called on phone for delivering the credit card.he fixed up the time 12.pm and then arrived late on 25th december.1.45 pm
he called on phone and said that he arrived at the address and nobody was there where as in actual he did'nt come there and then the call made was from my side that still waiting for collection of the card.
finally, the person came with the delivery package and used abusive language when asked for the delay and refused to deliver the package(credit card) sent from barclays bank.
in the mean time he collected the pan card and wrote the pan card number on his receipt book and then went away with the card.
he even said that the courier will not be delivered and what so ever action i want to take i may do that and now in no body can get that parcel delivered at my address.

If this blue dart employees will do...then i don't think that anybody will be interested in getting services from blue dart.

I am sorry to say with this experience i will never ever use blue dart services.

second concern is the collection of credit card any how that bank has to see how they will get me that courier delivered.

Blue Dart — Third class services provided by Blue Dart

There were two parcel sent by HDFC bank to my residential address. Do you believe that the difference in sending these parcel was 4-5 days. When the 1st parcel sent by hdfc through blue dart. The executive from blue dart called me and confirmed my address. Then I got the parcel. After 5 days again HDFC bank sent one more parcel to me to the same address.

Blue dart received the parcel to same branch (Near to my home). But unable to deliver the parcel. I waited for 5-6 days, then I checked their site to get the status. It was mentioned that the parcel has been return to Chennai office. The reason was that "address cant be found". I surprised, when 4-5 days back i have received the parcel from the same Blue Dart branch and after that they are saying they did find my address. Even though my mobile number is always available on the parcel

These Blue Dart people will never even try to make a delivery. They simply make a round and tell they did not find the address. Even they don't want to work. These third class service provider don't understand the value of customer.

I am extremely disappointed with your service, I ordered for a Jinke Branded 800 Watt Vacuum through your COD facility on[protected]. I received the product on 8.3.12 and the free gift which was the part of the offer was not there. The regretful part is that, the courier persion didn't even had the basic courtesy to deliver the product directly. They left it at my office reception. When I checked the product was fully damaged ( in broken pieces) due to rough handling on the part of courier people.
I expect you to do the needful. Awaiting your replay at the earliest.

My courier which is delivered 21.03.2012 on mumbai by blue dart to noida. but we still not receives, when we find or tracking the courier in internet, there we find blue dart courier man updated in system that no body meet in home. this is fully wrong because family always present in home.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU PEOPLE ARE DOING BY SITTING THERE. FAKE STATUS UPDATE ON BLUE-DART SITE :::
I PLACED THE ORDER ON 2ND SEP AND FOR DATE 5TH AND 6TH IT SHOWS AS A FAKE STATUS UPDATE
“Delivery Attempted-Consignee Premises Closed” WHILE I WAS AVAILABLE IN MY HOME FOR THE COMPETE WHOLE DAY AND THE DAY BEFORE THAT.AND MY PHONE IS FULLY CHARGED.
TWO OF MY QUESTIONS
• WHY THE HELL IS PHONE NO GIVEN IF BLUE-DART GUYS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CALL THE CONSIGNEE, NO PHONE CALL FROM THEIR SIDE FOR DELIVERY ??
• WHY NO RECIEPT MESSGAE IS DROPED AT MY HOME IF BLUE-DART GUYS ARRIEVED AT MY DOOR STEPS??

IT IS LOUD AND CLEAR THAT THEY ARE LOOGING INCORRECT STATUS INTO THEIR SYSTEM..
AND MAKING FOOL OF THE CUSTOMERS.
Refusal for delivering courier frequently by Blue dart -reg

This is regarding refusal of delivering online order from infiBeam and returing and now my credit card from HDFC not deliverd intentionaly by the local courier branch/franchise of blue dart.
Infibeam order was returned to them without delivering the product after one and a half months.
Similar thing is happening about my card from HDFC.So far they have not deliverd the card eventhough HDFC banks has sent a message saying that address not traceable.I got cash on delivery from the same courier two months back.

The local branch or franchise service is so pathetic that they will not call nor deliver products /letters in time.If blue dart will do i don't think that anybody will be interested in thier services.
I am sorry to say with this experience i will never ever use blue dart services.Second concern is that how a credit card delivery can be entrusted to a bad courier by a reputed bank?
Dear blue Dart team,

i had given a courier which contained few high end branded garment to be exact 6 pieces, to be delivered to my home town on 7 march, 12 which inspite of several phone calls inquiries have not been delivered, and after three month of running behind u guys, i was told that the courier is misplaced, i hope the garments are not been used by ur employees, and after seven month of waiting they say that they say they cant help, therefore i am attaching the courier slip for the same and i want you guys to trace my package and revert within a week before i take any steps from my end.

Bluedart — No information of shipment

Item should be delivered by 22-nov-2012. But Item not delivered till now and i got no call from blue dart, now my web bill no [protected] status is Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted Contact Customer Service.
It was a credit card and the delivery address was my office. Twice blue dart refused to deliver mentioning dept. not found(actually they never came which I confirmed from front office).
Third time I requested banker to change the delivery address to my home address and interestingly third time also I got the status as dept. not found. How funny.
I am completely irritated with blue dart service i think they don't want people to do job only seat at home to wait and receive the shipment.
Blue dart person never use to give call at the time of delivery even after requesting at their office and they just kept the message at door " sorry we miss you" without time and telephone no of the delivery boy.

After getting the message I personaly went to the office to collect my shipment but they said we don't issue cards at the office, the person will come at your home I told them the I my job is 6 days working and I use to travel 2hrs so I will get at home only after 8.00pm otherwise on sunday. So I asked them do you have facilities so that you can match the timings and deliver the shipment so they said no we will send back the cards you have to collect it from bank ( according to them I have to go to mumbi to collect it). Then I told if that person is in front of you with address proof and Identity card then why you can't issue, they just said we can not give to you.

And after telling the banks such kinds of problem banks are also so stupids after receiving so many complaints form the peoples they don't want to change the courier service and delivering the all doccuments with such kind of irritating services.
And if requested them to resend finally they will collect all this from customers only. If I am wasting money why should banks are forcing their customers to suffer from such kind of irritating experience.

i want to know why dint some came to my property or contacted me on my cell phone when it was updated there. In the evening you forwarded a text stating that there is a problem with my address.
my documents have not been delivered to me from last 45 days.
what is the policy that you guys follow, this is the second time it has happened in a row
I WANT THAT DOCUMENT TO BE DELIVERED TO ME ASAP.
if not then i ll have to knock at the door of consumer court as my last resort.

i had a bad experience with blue dart services, which i am to state here, i went to collect my clients package on authority of my client, even after seeing the authorization, the delivery person named sanjeev ghabha insulted me instead of telling rules in polite way he molested me as well as tried to insult me in very bad way, he is sitting at blue dart but just giving harrasment to his employees as well as to his clients, he is working at ludhiana branch .authority of blue dart please take an action against him otherwise i will sue for my insult on blue dart as well as on mr sanjeev ghabha.

Blue Dart Bangalore Marthalli Branch Need to deliver WayBill num:-[protected], actually need to deliver on 13th May 2013 but they never contacted me same time they are updating Fake contacted and more over Blude Dart Mathalli Branch Manager I called first time he pick the call and not answered after that I Tried more than 6 times but he is not answered Finally He switch off his mobile. May16th I will be not available I dont know whom they are going to deliver.

But this is poor courier service i seen my life in terms of Deliverables and Response for calls.
There was 2 shipment (of Nashik) for me through Bluedart, (1) AWB No- [protected] & (2) AWB No- [protected]. I called to blue dart office nashik at[protected] on 05/06/2013 11.46 AM regarding these 2 shipment. one lady from bluedart office picked the phone & told that these 2 shipments will be delivered up to evening time of same day. in the evening (05/06/2013), i got one shipment (AWB No- [protected]). when i asked for second shipment, courier boy has told that he don't know about second shipment. I called again to bluedart office for delivery of second shipment, bluedart office lady has told that second shipment ( AWB No- [protected]) will be delivered on 06/06/2013.but shipment was not delivered on next day too. for taking delivery, i have gone to blue dart office on 07/06/2013. at that time, office person has told that shipment has been returned. i ask the reason of return, but didn't got satisfactory reply. office person has given a moblie no- [protected] to know the reason the return of shipment, that person has talked in very rude & rough way.

Is this kind of service you (Bluedart) provide?

I had an important courier to be delivered to me with AWB number: [protected]
The courier boy Mr. Deepak Mohanty (came to know his name after calling customer service) never came to my address. Instead, has updated the status that consignee refused to show the address proof - which is false.

This is an act of forgery and illicit behaviour from a reputed company and is un-accepable.

Please act upon this as not only it has caused lot of inconvinience, but also shows bluedart being engaged in forgery and illicit/mis-use of inportant customer deliverables in this region.

my Stuff is sitting at Rajpura since 30/08/2013 and is not being delivered to me as I am 10 miles away from there office. The attitude of the staff is so rude that nobody will try to book any stuff from or through Blue Dart. Blue Dart No is [protected]. thanks if any body can resolve this issue.

blue dart is the worst courier company... in tumkur, karnataka
dont know why they act so filthily. they just use abusive language
. while they come in front of home. they will scream like anything. and ask for xtra money and all.. before giving courier.

In fact, dozens of Couriers supply consignment at the address but it is the Bluedart which can't locate my address (And even mobile no. is also given in the address). I am facing this problem with Bluedart since long. They never pick up your phone and never call on your cell to help you. They are horrible people.
