The courie was booked on 1st Saturday and they had assured delivery on 3rd Monday after 2 days. On 3rd on enquiry they informed that the PIN in their records are wrong and can be delivered only on 4th. The PIN on the envelope I had handed over was correct and if they had made a mistake in the PIN it can not be my fault. In railway if the goods are not taken delivery within the stipulated time we have to pay heavy demurrage, which also we had informed Blue dart when we contacted on 3rd. But thier reaction was quite irresponsible. If they wanted they could have delivered it on 3rd itself. This shows thier attitude to the customer from whom they have already collected money , and the customer has to suffer after that. Blue dart is very bad courier service, he only wants his own profit, he doesn't to give good service to the customer.
