[Resolved]  Bluedart — Did not receive shipment

I had applied for an AMEX card which was supposed to be delivered by Blue Dart on 1st feb.Instead of contacting me for the delivery, blue dart has informed AMEX that the adress was inncorrect.This is just a fake reason,the delivery man had never communicated me on this.I am in severe distress as I need the AMEX card for travel.Please help.My shipment number is [protected].
