Hi,
My Name is Kumar Shah. This is regarding blue dart worst service.
my Blue Dart id is [protected]. I have lost my HDFC Debit card on 30th may and I block my card. than I requested to HDFC Bank and they told, you will get your new card within 7-8 working days. after 12 days I receive my Pin and got message on Mobile that you will get your soon.

But nothing happened. I tried so many time to Blue Dart and still calling but not getting satisfying answers. Their tally callers are pathetic and telling that "call to our Pune office. Pune Blue dart executive enter wrong detail. we can't do anything." Since a week they are telling me that you will get receive your card tomorrow. But that tomorrow never comes.
Still they are trying to make me fool and still telling me same thing. Even Sr. Executive has no information regarding this and can't tell me exact problem.

Below are details of communication with blue dart with tele caller.

Peter - 17.05.10 - 9pm

Jasvinta - 19.05.10 - 8.30 pm (told me that. i will receive by tomorrow)

Reshma - 21.05.10 - 7.22 pm (she kept me hold around 10min )

saviha - 21.05.10 - 7.31 pm(told me that. i will receive by tomorrow)

Dipti - 24.05.10 - 5.44 pm (told me that, we have wrong entry than talked with peter)

Komal - 24.05.10 - 6.03 pm (told me that. i will receive by tomorrow)

Reshma - 25.05.10 - 7.08 pm
(told me that Komal told you something different and she added in database something different. Peter is our Sr. Executive and not available at his desk. he will call me in few mins)

Don't ever courier anything from Blue dart. You wont get your very important things / documents within month.
