[Resolved]  BM Developers — cheating and false promises

This is about my friends bad experience with sai purvi developers alias Bm developers. This cheat builder quotes 400-600rs lessthan the market price.This is the trap. They offer more space and the flat looks great on the brocuchre. Their way of making profit is providing cheap fittings(duplicate jaguar etc) and third class looking paint colours and doors.


The sell more car paks than available and at the time of handover run away after collecting all the money and alloting the car parks and the amenities promised. you can check all these with the people who bought in purvi meadows hoodi.They collected 1.5 lakhs for car park and 50k for amenities.nothing has been provided and the flat owners fight with each other for car parking.

The builder sold 4 car parks , but actually only 35 are avilable. This builder buys cheap lands near HT lines and cheap locations for throwaway price and gets 3005 profit . Check out their latest project bm riveria near HT lines near kundanahalli. pay little extra and buy from a decent builder.

I am going book a flat in BM Silver spring[this project yet to start] but this project is approved with gram panchayat as per developer. Kindly suggest, is it safe to buy a flat which is only approved by gram panchayat not by BDA/BBMP?

dont ever dream to purchase a property from BM devlopers in life if you want o live your rest of life happily and safely..

they attract with their marketing and with very good brouchers...

you need to invest all your time and effort in getting your flat ready at last.

quality of construction will be soooooooooooo poorrrrrrr.

100 % deviations they do... they collect all your money before the flat and eminites completions and at last you will be soup tracking them..

i had a bitter experience in booking a flat at BM marvel and i am regretting my self for the mistake committed.

They dont even give you proper parking slot which they promise and all they say at least is we can give a small car park ...

they say 3 bore well.. and you end you seeing only 2 at last...

no proper katha’s

they way they treat customers is horribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..as if you need to just take what they offerr...
plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz dont waste your time and money in investing here is whats all i can advise if at all you need your money secure and life safe.

Hi GUys...I m plannig to book a flat in BM splendor park...pls share ur feedback about this builder. Couple of frinds said their construction quality is not good, but i found better than my existing one. I read some article in consumercomplaints site about their enroaching plots in Whitefield.

Pls suggest.
Im plannig to buy 1 in BM splendor park in Borwell road. Even i heard many things about this builder. THough it is a A khatha land they are not giving occupency certificate.

Still want to know if they have any legal cases???

Hi..I have bought flat in Apartments located in Borewell Road, Nallurhalli, Bangalore whitefield..what ever above mentioned is correct about quality of apartments.

BM developers quote less price compared to market price and attract people but thing is they construct all apartments in land which are in litigation..and they get land at very price..

Regarding quality BM developers compromise on quality very badly..
Here is the list of items in which they make money
1. Main Door(You get door of price around 2000 and remaining doors around 1500 all flush doors they use)
2. Electrical wires they use local made..and also low quality switches and other electrical material.
2. Alluminium windows(BM provides very low quality material)
3. Paint they say they use asian paints but if you look at work they do..u feel like u slap on their face.
4. Lift and Gym they use local made..which will work max for 6months to 1 year.
5.Generator is also same.


All subcontractors in BM are worst..all subcontractors are either Mr Gajendra Naidu's relatives and close to him..so they dont care what you say..once you pay money u have to beg them to work in your flat..supervisor's present in the site dont care what u r asking also.

My suggestion to all users who ever going to buy BM developers apartment..dont buy any flat developed by BM developers..Dont look at the price they quote look at their quality..

I have booked a flat @ BM Homes. Possession was in January 2014 but till today (June'2014) its not done. And I dont think I will get the possession till August 2014.I would strongly recommend NOT to go for BM Home.
Below are some bitter experience with BM group.

1. Possession delayed for more than 6 months
2. Tiles promised in Agreement was Kajaraia... Actually they laid some chaep tiles ( ZealTop)
3. Lift as per agreement was Jhonsan... they finally installed "Surya" lift.
4. Swimming pool not given .
5. Poor Customer response. ( Typical Real estate people... " Do whatever you want...")

So My recommendation is to pay 200-300 more to other good builders and BE AT PEACE !!

Recently i visited the BM Bhavisha project on Sarjapur Road and planning to buy flat in Phase 2 of BM Bhavisha. After seeing the project and area i was very impressed but after reading when i asked builder to provide me the documents first i will verify then i will give booking amount. then he started telling stories BM has good name in market this that and all, then i asked u if you have good name and property is legal then why are you not ready to share the property papers before giving money. Then he started telling me about the company policy. I said to him if you will not give me property i will not buy the flat. They called me after 4 days saying that they are ready to give me papers this weekend i am going to collect the papers and i will verify with my lawyer and then i will pay the booking amount. If anyone has bought the flat in BM Bhavisha Phase 1 kindly share your feedback.

My dear Friends /brother and sister .My sincere advise, please do not fall in to trap with these builders, even if you spend 5 to 10lacs more go with reputed builder, below are the points how to trap and cheatinnocent common people like us 1.Initally when they start marketing they sayevery thing is approved by BBMP and show the approval letter everything, butwhen they start constructing they will deviate to maximum extent and they willnot even inform us .They will not leave the correct set backs as per theapproval by BBMP.They will just say that they are constructing only one floorwhich is not is plan .

2.Just before the basic amenities(water, power, lift) arecompleted they will force to register the property. If you have taken loan

of our reviewersrecommend us then for registration bank would release the entire amount tobuilder .Once you have paid entire amount then you are under their control andyou need to follow up like a hell with these guys to complete the left outwork.

3. Construction quality is vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv poor, theypromise Branded fitting in bathroom and fix local one at the time ofcompletion, again you need to follow up like anything.

4. They will not perform proper putty work on wall and itwill look like a sea wave on which you surf:P

5. Builders will hold two car park each and give us some small car parking, in that you have to park your car and also your two whleers, but for buildersthey will have two or more car parks and they will comfortably park their SUVSand two wheelers .

6. Initally when the projects start they will be using smallcars but once project come to completion they will come in BMWS /FORTURER ANDexpensive cars which has taken by cheating us.

7. Last but not least .there will not be nay occupancy certificate(OC) and completion certificate (CC) provided by BBMP as they have deviated tomaximum extent and ALSO WE WILL NOT A-KATHA, if you call them and request themto help in get A-KATHA builders will never help and you are left in between.Legally it is illegal to stay in apartment where there no OC and CC.

Even after paying all our hard earned money we need to stayin illegal property. Hence my sincere request is please do not fall in to suchtraps .
