Overflowing Gutter is breeding Mosquito

Since last one week the drainage gutters on front side as well as rear side of Building No. 1 Panchasheel, Maharshi Valmiki Road, Jasmin Mill Road, Matunga Labor Camp, Mumbai - 400 019 is overflowing due to blockage in Gutter. This has given room for mosqitos breeding and has become difficult for residents. The blockage needs to be removed on URGENT basis and also pesticide spray is needed. There are hundreds of families in adjoining building and the danger of Malaria and other dieseses is inevitable.
Immediate action is requested.

Enviomental pollution

my neigbour throws household waste, left overs eg:rice, muton watse, stools etc in a plastic bag and silently throws from her balcony in to ou compound. she also throws lot of water in to compound, spit after chewing "PAAN" "GUTKA".the person is polluting environment the name and addresses of the person is given below

Immediate action is requested. plzzzz
