[Resolved] Bmtc — Conductors never return the change

In most of the buses i travelled in Bangalore, the conductors will never return the change when i gave them excess amount for purchasing the ticket, eventough they had change with them, and in many other cases some people get in the bus n get down to the nearby stop by giving some 2-3 rupees to the conductor where they are supposed to pay 5-6 rupees... why is this happeining? n what the officers wandering in SARATHI (checking vehicle) are doing? who will stop this wastege of government money? This is regarding misbehave of BMTC bus conductors. They are rude, illiterate (Know only Kannada, not their national language). Always get angry, when they have to return change. BMTC conductors are worst, I have ever seen.

BMTC should take immediate step for these kind of staff persons, to improve customer feedback.
