[Resolved]  BMW India — Non cooperation by Staff People and poor after sales services

My name is Vijay. I bought a BMW 320i in 2008. I was excited to have a car like BMW. Alas! After exhibiting some good show for some days, its automatic gear box started to do some problems. I was not able to understand. I complained about this. But even their mechanic got no idea whatsoever, where the actual problem lies. I am feeling disgusted and unhappy that even after spending so heavy amount I can't claim that I have a good car. I talked to their executive to replace this car or to fix these problems but they were not cooperative enough too. They were even not giving any attention to my grievances. I am fed up with all these things. Now I want to turn up to consumer Forum.

I am facing the same problem with my BMW 320D CE model. Since two months my car is with the dealer for reparing as its giving white smoke and coolent is getting dry after running few kms. I strongly agree that its the worst after sale service and i boght it from Deusche motoren (SE delhi) on 30.07.2010.
