I Ms. Soniya Prasad had taken the admission in Body and Soul Wanowrie centre Pune for weight loss programme on 24/9/2011 and paid Rs.18862 (Rs 9431 on 24/9/2011 and the balance Rs. 9431 on 30/9/2011). My registration card number number is 1751. The package which they had offered me was 20 kg weight loss + 5 CCTs. They gave me the services till december 2011 and after that once when I had called up to the appointment their telephone number was not contactable. Luckily I had the contact number of one of their employees named Priyanka. I contacted her she said that the wanowrie centre is closed for renovation and it will reopen by Jan 2012. After that I came to know that the wanowrie centre is shut down permanently and a new company has come there Shape and Glow. They said that I can avail my services from Body and Soul Dhole Patil road centre. When I went to the Dhole Patil road center for asking my money refunded they said that I have already availed all my services and now only 3 CCTs are left which I can go there and avail at any time. While taking the admission they had ensured me that till my 20 kgs are not reduced I can avail their services. This is a fraud done with me. Now they are neither ready to refund my money nor they are ready to give me my complete services. Please help. I have invested my hard earned money and Rs18862 is not a smell amount for me.
