[Resolved]  Body Care — Wrong Commitment to Customers

This is in regards to the slimming and beauty package I took from you Body Care Center ,Pitampura branch. I was consulted by the Center Manager Jaya and Angela who spoke to me for good 1 hour . At the time of purchase I told her well in advance that i want results and not just sitiings.. She assured me that I will be given a results for the treatment and at no point she would ask me to pay more to take more and more sittings . I paid Rs 18000 to Jaya and Angela and started coming to take my treatments. I was promised that after taking 3- 4 pigmentation and glycolic peels sittings I would notice improvement in my pigmentation but I did not see any. I kept on telling this to the center manager Angela as Jaya was most of time not available and I told her that I want to discontinue the service and get my money back but she insisted me to have patience and wait for the results. The days passed by but I got no results neither on my face nor in weight loss. On 17th of August I got transferred from Delhi to Bangalore and i informed the same to Angela. She told me that she will transfer my package to Body Center in koramangala,Bangalore. She also told me to meet Ritambra who would assist me further with my package. But after getting transferred when I asked Angela whether the package has been transferred ,she asked me to go to the center and start taking my package . But to my surprise when I went to the Kormangala Center to meet Ritambra ,she told me that I have just one sitting left in Beauty and no other sittings would be given to me whether I get results or not, and the reason was that on my bill,it was written that I would be given only 7 sittings. I told them that the bill was made by Jaya and she has written it. But the answer which I got was the most shocking answer I have ever got. She told me that Jaya has left the company and they have got nothing to do with what she has promised to me. If someone has left the company . I have no money left to take any other package. I am shattered . They have taken my Rs 18000 and I have got nothing out of it. Could you please help.

if you are not happy as a customer due to defective services or produvcts you have to the right to claim back your money. here are a few tips: You can take up your complaints with your disctrict consumer dispute resolution group. which comprises of judges, and IAS oficers. : http://ncdrc.nic.in/

you can approach consumer courts in your district too - if you are a lady then you will be provided with a free lawyer as well!
