i have given Rs 16,545 to body care for weight gain treatment. but i have seen there service is terrible. i have not taken any service from them yet and dont want to take that. i want my money back, which they refusing. please help me.

Have you ever got any help from anyone or anywhere? I'm in a similar situation where in I have bought a Reverse Osmosis Water purifier for purifying my bore water to drinking water & in 10 days I have got a faulty machine initially which was repalced( After number of calls with the people, office) with a Muncipal water treatment system which doesn't fit for my purpose. Thank God I've not started using the water, They never tested TDS on my bore water which is mandatory & never showed me TDS on my filtered water -- Ofcourse which would have turned out of range of drinking water.

Another time I learnt A lesson why elders insist on not paying money or full amount initially. I'm planning to issue a consumer court compliant if at all they are not going to return my money.
