[Resolved]  BPCL — Complaint forum at BPCL website not working

I went to the web site of BPCL to register a complaint but guess what, the link itself does not work! How very convenient!

The error code which comes is - Parser Error. And it says - Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Could not load the assembly 'App_Web_qepme_ug'. Make sure that it is compiled before accessing the page.


Its futile to have a web presence if something as basic as registering customer complaints and feedback does not work.
