I have BPL TV and is facing a problem with some of the buttons on the front side. I have been calling the service engg in Pune for last 20 days but i could not get any support from ur service engg. The engg daily tells me that he will be coming but never turned up.

I have BPL Studio 25, getting problem with Display, I called up BPL technician he checked up my TV and said Rs.500/- will be charged to repair that, after repairing my TV he asking Rs. 1500/- and i asked wht are the parts damaged, and he given list of items(D1879, D4429, LA7837, LA3807, LC864529V ), i contacted few local technician they said that all the items which he telling not damaged at a time, so i came to know that he doing fraud. please take an action on him for doing such fraud. I Request you Provide good support for your customers

I have frost free BPL fridge and the same is not operating properly. Its blower failed and replaced. Now the fridge is not functional as is expected. Pl. let me have address/contact no. of service center to get the fridge repaired properly.

SUB: SERVICING OF 180 LIT. BPL FROST FREE DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR
I’m an opinionated customer of BPL (now renamed as SANYO BPL) Home appliances; apart from other appliances I have got two refrigerators of the same brand, one kept at my native place (180 lit. BPL/Frost Free) the other one (Sanyo SR FX290ST-B 280 lit./ Frost free) is kept at my official residence i.e. at Ichapur. I wish to draw your kind attention to the following few lines.
(a) The subject refrigerator (kept at my native place) has exhibit some troubles of inadequate cooling and intermittent rattling noise. The case has immediately been referred to nearby BPL: DEALER i.e. M/s. Music Palace, Memary, Dist: Burdwan (WB). The proprietor of M/s. Music Palace Shri Sujit Dey assured that his rep. (Mechanics) would come on 19th instant (F/N).
(b) I took one day earned leave after discussion with Shri Dey for convenience of mechanics during their visit since my old and sick parents could have not been able to provide them the necessary logistic support for carrying out assessment of reason of troubles owing to their debilities.
(c) Despite my continuous telephonic liaisoning both with the proprietor Shri Dey (contact No: 03422250309 & 09434668622) and his mechanics Shri Shambhu(contact No: 09332415278), they have deceived me throughout day. Every time when I called them, both said “it’s a matter of half an hour to the most an hour; mechanics would certainly reach there.” Ironically mechanics didn’t report till 18.30 hrs Dt: 19/12/08. Finally, I’ve to leave my native place for reporting to my duty.
(d) I’m a responsible Officer working under Min. of Defence, my hard earned leave has been spoiled by the above non-professional and unethical attitude.
In view of above I would like to request you to issue stringent guideline to them, so that your customers can get a better/smart response in term of servicing of appliences.

I had been consumer for BPL company goods since 15 years.my washing machine fully automatic ABS-45 model is not in right working condition since 6-7 yrs. I was posted at sagar a sambhaag lavel city in M.P.There i faced problem of services, but was not unsatisfied(as mr.jaheer khan was there to convince the problem of non avilability of fully auto matic machine machine parts)BUT now at bhopal, it is almost 3 months the person is not responding as he should.we had asked for the advise if not repairable, we will go for new one.one month waiting for response.now in the competitive market of services this is not fair.i am sorry to write this complaint, but htis is after many calls to the concerned person.

my bpl double door refrigerator was attended by a person from emperor electronics, tiruppur.
He replaced timer but the same problem continued.Then he took the refrigerator to his pace and returned it saying there was a problem in fan motor and it was also replaced.but the same problem continued and there was no response from emperor electronics.when i contacted bpl customer care by mail a person named Lal contacted and there was no proper response even from him.
Is this the way a reputed company takes the problem of its customers?
