I have given a complaint in BPL Service center in Old Washermenpet, New No. 38, Old No. 31. Dr. Vijayaraghavalu Road, on 29.06.09, but stil now no body has turned in to my home for repairing my BPL TV. whenever i call them i am not getting a good response, they are keep on postponding the service.
kindly do something.

I Rajesh.S.Sheth from Umbergaon near Vapi had purchased a Samsung 29" flat screen television from Subham Electronics, Kalpatru Co. Socity, Umbergaon on dated 18 nov. 2008.
I had launched a complain and had a service man from Samsung Authorised service centre named Sky electronics, Vapi but the service man named Mr. Gulam came to my house and behaved very arrogantly with me and did not solve my problem then I requested to slove my complain to the higher authority of the service centre named Mr. Devang Desai. i repeatedly complaint him almost 4-5 times but none have turned up yet. therefore I request u to solve my problem within 24 hours from 10 aug. 2009 if my complaint is still not solved i'll surely forward my complain to the consumer court.

BPL India — Spurious parts supplied by BPL India

The timer in my BPL Refrigerator has already been replaced for the second time within a week, but refrigerator is still not working. As confessed by the BPL Service Centre, Tinsukia, Assam, who carried out the replacement, it is due to the bad quality of spare parts supplied by BPL to their Service Centres.
I fail to understand how a reputed company like BPL can supply spurious parts to their Service Centres!!
Kindly look into the matter and do theneedful.

Please send me the Service centre address and telephone numbers of Navi Mumbai area or Panvel (Navi Mumbai). My BPL Gas Stove is not working properly. Like automatic function not working. Operate through lighter. We are suffering last 6 (six) month. Waiting for reply.ASAP.
