BPL Mobile / Loop Mobile — not providing internet settings | |
I have called customer care no. they told that their system is on update so they cannot provide Internet settings, then I went to their Gallery at thane in naupada, the told me that the person who was involved in this has left the job, then I went to website, settings are also not available here Was this information helpful? | |

i dontunderstand l have called 7 to 8 times -i have received 4 docket number on 19th, 20th, 21st, august.but my problen remain still unsolved.i use samsang star mobile just bought, on 19th july i subscribed to gprs service Rs 99 pack, from 1st august, os far unable get connected.i got setting done by mulund loop centre, there also after doing setting could not connect.i would like to confirm from your side wether star is compactable to yoursytem or not, sothat i can give up my efforts my moble is [protected]
