BPL mobile service — Regarding recharge problem through on line.

Hello Sir,
I am using BPL prepaid mobile service. There is an option in internet banking to recharge prepaid mobile. I recharged through ICICI bank through on line today 1hrs before. But i did not get any recharge. When i had talked to BPL mobile customer care they told me to wait 48hrs for that.Because they have no information regarding that.I have also told to my transaction no and requesting to put a complain.But she denay me to put complain and suggest me to wait at least 24 hrs.I am also mentioning my transaction report here. Please look into it.

I bought new BPL mobile card 20 days back at CBD Belapur , Navi mumbai. But my number was barred 7 days back. When I called customer care i came to know tat my number was barred because of non availability of Address proof.After tat i have submitted my address proof to the mobile shop where i bought my sim card. But still my card was not activated. I am really disappointed because of this. I am really felt very bad on your mobile service because of this problem. If this continues i m relaly going to change my BPL service to some other service.
I had recharged my mobile Rs 399 after confirmation of customer service that after recharging this I can able to talk BPL to BPL free. When my service not activated than again i contacted call center people they have told me that activation of this scheme take 24 hour. During 24 hour I have called several times and all time they are telling me new story. After three days as usual I am following with your call center team and this time they gave me surprising news that they are not able to activate my scheme since already I have one other scheme active in my number. When I have confirmed more than 3 time with your customer service team before recharging no one told me the conditions of the scheme. After hearing this I have visited your BPL Gallery at Mira Road and I met Sanjay and repeated all story to them first answer I have received from him that because of Makar sankrati (13th January 2008) office is closed. This is ridicules no company has holiday on that day. After requesting him he has marked the mail to some one about my case and 15th Jan 2008 i have informed from him that my money is refunded to the retailer I can go and collect the amount. From 15th Jan to toady onward I following with retailer and sanjay like a fool. They all gave me always new answer every day. Retailed told me he has not received the money he told me money goes to distributor not to him. And sanjay (employee of BPL Gallery) doesn’t know anything about distributor. After following entire month, wasted more than Rs 500 on Call and visited more than 20 time of BPL galley nothing is happen. Now sanjay has told me to contact some senior people from BPL.

Now please help me what to do to get my money … is there any one in your organization who can help me. My no [protected] (Pre paid No)

BPL Mobile — Validity Decrease after 15 days of Use

i had purchased a BPL Prepaid Card on 23rd Jan with the 1 India One rupee offer for rs 450. when i took the offer the company said that for the amount u will get 6 months validity & INR 350 talk time.
however after 15 days, i got a message that my validity has been reset to 3 months while all other offers remain the same. also i have to charge an Rs 31 voucher to continue my STD as the 1 india plan offer is for 1 month only.

once the offer has been accepted & put to the customer . this is cheating on part of the company by selling with full offer & reducing it as time goes on.
I am not getting BPL Mobile bills in time. I have lodged this similiar complaint so many times. In the meantime BPL started sending the bills through E-MAIL in addition to the bill sent by courier. Again the same problem is there. I am not getting the BPL monthly bill by courier as well as by e-mail also.My outgoing call service has stopped from last so many days. I am tired of talking to all customer service managers/representatives starting from Archie Bhandari, Aditi, ... upto... ASHA.Today I tried to contact Ms Asha at 4.30 pm. on [protected], but she is not reachable on phone. I have decided to surrender this BPL SIM CARD by this month end because of poor customer service from a long time.

This is very tru for BPL Mobile company, i have recently example i have sumbitted my last mont mb bill by check N0-881277 HDFC Bank on 15/07/08, against the 319rs bill amount, i was deposited 500rs for no truble, but still not show in my account and my no not working & sim failed.

i hope this is the policy of BPL mobile . because of that i have change my business mb no in Air tel, i am geting good services, after saw my uses my credit limit is 10500 rs, they never disconnect my ph in case of late payments, because i am in marketing only fey days i am in my home town in mumbai.

i have request to sr mgr to look this kind of problem to improve services and customer confidense boost-up.

Is this the proper way to serve your customer after the thousand afford whenever Customer care Assistant pick up my call he told me that to resubmit the documents. I have submit my documents for two time even you can’t connect my service for outgoing

i am bpl post paid customer..
i am fed up with BPL service and i am feeling to crush bpl card & not to pay bill...
When i submit my salary slip of 8000 VODAFONE gives me 2500 credit limit
When i submit my salary slip of 20000 BPL gives me 750 credit limit and that's all on notional value
when i call bpl to bpl the call charges is 10p p/m they calculate it as 100p p/m and on bill date they deduct 90p.
my actual bill is <250 an NOtional bill is 720+ they stopped my outgoing. I requested them to draw bill and post it to me, they told me to pay 720 first even if my bill is <250,

I am Mr. Kishor Mestry Holding the Mobile Phone Number [protected].
The problem started in the month of Sep 2008. I was Roaming in Ahmadabad My Card as fully loaded with the balance of 222.
I was on my business trip. And I always need a GPRS connection where in the GPRS god disconnected with out any intimation msg.
As per my knowledge when ever any service is activated or deactivated that time Customer is intimated abt the same.
I returned back to mumbai on 23rd Sep.Before visiting to BPL Gallery I thought lets sort it out on Phone. I tried Speaking to Cust care.
First of all the number does not get connected because of the Worst Network Of BPL. When I got connected to the Cust care there was no One who can able to understand my problem. neighther the Agent. I tried speaking to 7 Or 8 Agents. When ask them to transfer the call to any of the supervisor they did not transfer the call...(Agents name :- Chandan, Rohan, Jay, RAj, Ashish, ) They all were completely not aware why was the service been deactivated.neighther they transferred the call to any TL.
Further I went to BPL GALARY Borivli where in I spoke with Exac Khushbu. They where also not aware why was the service deactivated
when ask for the GALARY MANAGER. Khushbu was not Ready to give her managers name Stating its a company policy. then there was a Senior EXec who starting taking over my problem Miss Hetal. She confirmed with some department and she told me that issue will be escalated to the concern Department. She was very rood when she was speaking to me. I was really Upset with the service that I have got in the BPL GALLERY. I was really shocked.
Then she ask me to give a written letter mentioning the same complaing I told them that I was to speak to Gallery Manager. She said Manager is not available in the Gallery. She was out after waiting for an hour at last she was available in the gallery. When spoke with her she was also behaving like a New Executive. She was also sounding very frustrated. She also gave same suggestion to submit a written complain.
I have submitted a written complain to them stating the same problem. They promised me that they will personally follow up the complain and will give a call back with in 72 hrs. where in I never received the call. After few days I checked with the Cust Care abt the same, Whaterver they said that was very shocking that there is no complain lounged. Aganing I have confirmed with them 2 to 3 Execs. I got the same answer. Then Again I went to the to the same BPL Gallery. With the same latter attested copy which I am also forwarding to U. That time Ms. Hetal said she did tried calling me but my Phone was Not reachable. I have asked her why there are no logs in the system. She told me that there is no requirement of tagging a call for any of the out call. Then from one of the customer sho was there in the gallery who had faced such problem he gave me your number.[protected] extn.3099
I have already dicussed the issue with U.

So My question to U

1. Why was service been deactivated
2. why I was been infomed that this service is free for 6 month by the cust care where in I nerver received it free
3. why there is no Co operation from the cust care and the BPL gallery.
4. where should we go if we have some problem.
5. should we call directly to you for all small query
6. I wish to have those rentals back
7. How will you compensate if the problem is from your side
8. I really wanted to know wheather they is a rule of documentin a out call is there or not or as ms

Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Nalin Singh Negi. I have BPL prepaid sim card for the last 1 year. At the time of purchase i was told that in BPL STD rates are Rs. 1 per min. And this was not in any scheme and also this sim card was purchased from BPL store only. Now you people have started deducting Rs. 1.50 per min and that to without informing me. Why I was been infomed that this service is free for 1 year by the cust care where in I nerver received it free.

Now u tell me what should i do because i only do STD calls. One option is like i have recharged my mobile and it's validity is till Jan, 2009, after this i should change the sim.

BPL mobile service — suspended mobile connection

i am using my bpl phone service they hv suspended my mobile connection without intimate me and also i hv paid my bill before the due date cause they have told me my limits and before i taken connection from them i hv given my old airtel connection bill which appx. 2500 every month and still they hv given credit of 1000 and i hv stuck and depend on bpl cause i hv disconnect service from the airtel and they hve lost my work and bpl gellery told to go head office and they r harrassing and not interested to solve my problem.i hv given my new no. to all my clients and for that i am suffering . pls help for that. very bad service and people r just making fool to us.
