I WAS OFFERED LETTER OF POSSESSION STATING TO CLEAR DUES AGAINST 159 SQ YARD VILLA LAST YEAR IN SEP 12. I CLEARED ALL DUES ON 19 DEC 12.I WAS GIVEN ZERO DUES STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT THEN,FURTHER THE LETTER COMMITTED THAT WITHIN 03 MONTHS UNIT WOULD BE HANDED OVER AFTER AUDIT. NO RESPONSE TILL 12 MAR 13,AFTER REPEATED MAILS NOW ON 21 MAR 13 THE COMPANY SAYS I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL STAMP DUTY OF 39000/=INR AND INTEREST CHARGES OF 20,300/= APPRX AND 2374/= APPRX IN TWO HEADS.THE POINT IN CASE IS THERE HAS BEEN SEVERAL TIMES HIKES NOT ONCE,THE COMPANY IS DELAYING HANDING OVER ON SOME OR OTHER PRETEXT AND NOT EXPLAINING REASONS BUT MAKING ME LIABLE TO PAY MORE AND MORE.IN NUTSHELL THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY LIABILITY FOR DELAY IN HANDING BUT PENALISING ME FOR UNKNOWN REASONS.THE ORIGINAL COST IS BEEN RISEN FROM 27 LACS APPRX TO 39 LACS.
