This is a complaint against BPTP. We had purchased a Villa, the conveyance deed was executed in June 2013 and physical possession was taken, after lot lf correspondence/visits, in second week of August. 2013.
MY COMPLAINT IS THAT BPTP IS NOT PROVIDING US WITH A COPY OF THE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE, OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE, LAY OUT PLAN, SANCTIONED BUILDING PLANS, SERVICE PLANS ETC. WHICH WE REQUIRE FOR AVAILING LOAN FROM THE BANK. WE ARE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ABOVE DOCUMENTS. THIS IS DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE HAVE PRIOR TO EXECUTION OF CONVEYANCE DEED MET ALL THEIR ILLEGAL DEMANDS LIKE INCREASE IN SUPER BUILT UP AREA, ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR STP, EEDC ETDC.
SHALL APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH BPTP TO ENSURE THEY PROVIDE THE ABOVESAID INFORMATION/DOCUMENTS. Was this information helpful? |
