[Resolved]  B.R.Gas Service, Chandanagar — Not picking up phone calls for gas booking

I agree 100% with you. No one picks up the phone, you need to visit.

For a local transfer, I need to visit 5 times and got it after 7 days !!! (I got many intercity transfers and on the same day, I got a connection in every occasion)

The number allotted to me was an existing number - I need to run from pillar to post to get it rectified.

Though the name is changed, the old records remain in the database, which show I have availed subsidy 2 times already !!!

No one picks up phone, no delivery even after 10 days of booking.

Horrible gas agency I have ever seen !!!

I have calling on the nos. 24530661, 24530661 of Brightening Gas Service for Indane located at I.S Sadan, Santhosh Nagar, Hyderabad. But no one picks up the call and all the time the no is busy... I think they employees have hung up the phone so that the nos are always busy continuously. We have been facing a lot of problem with this gas agency as this is a regular problem with them whenever gas booking is needed. I will request the Indane gas management higher authorities to please look into the matter and kindly change this agency as this is totally incompetent to provide services to gas users in this area.

My connection no. is 15866 my problem is this agency tel. no. not working properlly and very delay service i am booking a gas 29/01/08 and i received gas 7/03/08 so please action this agency.

Yes, I am facing same problem for long time. There is no response at all!!! Someone has to take serious action against these people.

I called so many times to 2303 3444 and 2303 4222 but no one pick up the phobe when reinging, and alos most of the time the nos are busy. Request concerned authorities to look in to the matter and solve the problem. otherwise one day the public diffenctly manhandled on dealer and on concerned authorities.

It's true; I am facing the same problem for the last one week. Every day at least 30 to 40 times I am trying to reach them for every 10min between 10 to 5pm, always either the phone is busy or they are not picking the phone. If anyone has some idea let us know to whom we need to give a complaint against the dealer.

I am also aggree with the above. Its is head ache to call to those numbers and service providing to the customers is worst by the agency.
Please take necessary action to resolve.

I face the same issue with this gas agency. They are busy selling Gas in BLACK to customer who pay Rs.100 extra for Gas without booking. These guys sucks. I am not sure what would these consumer complain agencies would do to stop this.

I strongly agree with above comments. There is no hope any one can look into these problems.

I am also facing the same problem for the last one week. Every day at least 10 to 15 times I am trying to reach them with out any success. Either the phone is busy or they are not picking the phone. IOC has to take serious action.

I strongly agree with above comments. we are trying lost four days but either the phone is busy or they are not picking the phone. they are wasting our time also. we are requesting to the higher authorities please take some action.

I am Trying to book the gas since 22/01/2009 but no one pick ups the phone it is always busy this happened always i am facing lot of problem due to bad service of indane.

I never booked the gas through phone, they are not taking the phone in the ringing mode, they just take receiver and keep out. So I am going to there place to book the gas, worst service from indane.
