[Resolved]  broadband and voice connection — deactivate the connection

Sir,

I am Dwarka Prasad Agrawal. I had an airtel broadband connection for which my account no. is 14244879.my landline no. is[protected].
Sir i wanted to deactivate that connection for which i sent mails to there email id "wecare.[protected]@airtel.in"
second time.But the airtel company keep sending me bills for that broadband connection. Before this i had paid my whole bill when i used that connection
Sir am not in a mood to give any money for that connection. So please help me out

Sir i wanted to deactivate that Gaming Facility which i sent mails to there email id "wecare.[protected]@airtel.in"
first time.But the airtel company keep sending me bills for that gaming facility for this connection. Before this i had paid my whole bill when i used that connection
Sir am not in a mood to give any money for that gaming. So please help me for that.

Thanks for your information, I would like to inform you Before disconnect the internet connection I paid all the money & I don't have any due or outstanding till the date.

I would like to remind you once again, As you said your strongest brand din't able to shift the same connection to my new residence. Only the fault was from you side. And as a perfect customer I paid the whole money before disconnect

If possible please verify the past data and records Already I registered the plea to disconnect the same at your customer care. Further we are not responsible, when your technical team not alerted to disconnect the same after this request.

But its very peculiar and funny as well that you disconnect the internet And charging the amount
