[Resolved]  broadband and voice connection — deactivate the connection

Sir,

I am Dwarka Prasad Agrawal. I had an airtel broadband connection for which my account no. is 14244879.my landline no. is[protected].
Sir i wanted to deactivate that connection for which i sent mails to there email id "wecare.[protected]@airtel.in"
second time.But the airtel company keep sending me bills for that broadband connection. Before this i had paid my whole bill when i used that connection
Sir am not in a mood to give any money for that connection. So please help me out

sir,

i have to change my current air tel plan. my current plan is 128 KB/s, which is already upgraded to 512 Kb/s . but sir please change my plan into 1 MB/s .

so, kindly switch my current scheme to new plan.. i already have a modem which is connect with my current plan

I kapil talwar coutmer o[censored] r airtel broadband connection last two years.
My Account no is 1381054 i take comm plane of broadband
and i complaint already 14 june 2010 that time u r company say we find out problem
now today 23 aug.2010 your recovery company again harasment me a girl call my relatives and freinds and she told kapil talwar is fraut and kapil say my bill pay my freinds and realtives she call all of person

12.35 pm . against that girl. she give blackmail me and my all freinds and family memebers by phone phone noumber is girl [protected] and [protected].
plz see my complaint against that girl otherwise i will go court against your company and that girl

I am Gopal Vyas a airtelbroadband connection userMy account No.is10517487. ealier as percompany executive Ihave undergone a change in my planwith Rs.799/- rental making me arebate of Rs.300/-asfree call .but while going through bill it is learnt that RS.125/- is charged as top up charges.etc and it is being repeated every month .So itis of no use. .I request u to change my plan as it was earlier.

RECENTLY I FORRGOT BOTH LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD AND I REQUESTED AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE THRO MAIL FOR MORE THAN 5 TIMES AND I GET AUTO REPLY WITH USUAL REPLY THAT WE WILL REVERT TO YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS. I SENT MY FIRST MAIL TEN DAYS BEFORE.

BUT FOR ALL MY MAILS, THEY SEND AUTO REPLY WITH UNQUE REFERENCE NO, WHICH IS NOT AT ALL USUFUL, SINCE WHENEVER I SEND REMINDER THRO MAIL, THEY GIVE DIFFERENCE UNIQUE REFERENCE NOS. & SO FAR I HAVE RECEIVED MORE THAN 7 UNIQUE REFERENCE NOS.

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH SEVERAL UNIQUE REFERENCE NOS.

SO I CAME TO A CONCLUSION THAT AIRTEL CUSTOMER IS CRIMINAL WASTE I THINK IT IS BETTER TO SHUT DOWN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, .

Airtel Broadband — Deactivation pending since 11 months

I have made calls several times to Airtel customer care for deactivation of broadband connection no[protected] .

This has been going on since oct 2009 and we havent used the connection since that period. Still we paid all amount till Dec 2009. we also got a call from telemedia services in feb 2010 stating to make payment of 560 Rs. after which no call would come from Airtel in this matter and your account would be closed. We made a payment with receipt No. 3560351 dtd 23rd feb.

Still Airtel says we have to pay 1900 Rs. FOR WHAT????

THEY HAVE BEEN HARRASING US BY GIVING CALLS AGAIN AND AGAIN . INSTEAD THEY SHOULD BE ISSUING US NOC AUTOMATICALLY>

Dear Sir,

A kind reference is invited to our letter of August 6, 2008 by which we have got installed your PC Secure basic plan in our 15 Pcs. There after we have installed our own sophos anti virus system in the year 2009. Thus your PC Secure basic plan is inoperative since installed plan of our own system. This can be verified at your end.

On going through your bill no.[protected] dated 24.08.10 It is noticed that you have charged Rs 7485/- being DSL usage charges since we have not used your system, the amount so charged was deducted from the bill and the balance amount Rs. 1212/- was paid on 20.09.10 in bill no.[protected] dated 24.09.10 the same amount is again added with delayed pay charges which is totally irregular and unjustified.

Please make necessary correction in the bill as well as in your record
