Thouhg my plan is Home 500[free usage 2A.M to 8 A.M]
i am charged as if i am in HOME 250 plan[no free usage]
This is been happening for last 3 months.
So Each month excess i do manual calculation.and submit the refactored bill.I used to regularly complaint about this issue to customerrelations officer [jeevan bheema nagar]
Once i met the area manager and infrormed him and he promised me he ll take up the issue seriously.But it all was going in to deaf ears.
Still i am getting excess bill and keeping doing this calculation...

Reference to my last e-mail I would like to inform you that till date my land line has not been restore.
In this respect I am submitting an appeal to you regarding wave of my previous dues. In support of my appeal I would like to bring your knowledge that I am a retire person, and my age is 60 years. More over, very recent marriage has been done of my daughter and if you require I could submit the evidence of the marriage.
Therefore, I am requesting you please wave my previous dues, otherwise I have no other alternate but to surrender my land line together with BB.
I hope you will look into the matter and consider me as a below poverty senior citizen.

Reference: to my letter, I would like to inform you that till date I did not get any reply from your end. But I am paying my bill in regular basis. Suddenly, I noticed, that my land line telephone has been withdrawn. The cause of withdrawn is non-payment of bill. But I failed to understand why you are attributing this blame to a credulous customer.
Let you know that one dispute has not been solved. But it does not mean to withdrawn the out going calls. If it is necessary, you may withdraw the telephone line for ever. Because there are so many lines are prevailing in the market.
I am requesting you to restore my out-going calls, and dissolved the dispute. If you are unable to sort out the matter, you may withdraw the line.

I, Shri Probhat Kumar Bose, one of the user of BSNL Landline together with Broad Band connection.
I received a bill of March 2009, where I found the BB usage charges is Rs.4338/. It is absolutely
wrong.
Let you know that as credulous customer I did not change the BB password which had been allotted by BSNL.
It is needless to say that this amount is related with “Hacker”.
Therefore, I like to inform you that I will pay the bill without this BB usage charges unless I received the details of this
amount.
More over, you are requested to check my previous bills, where you could find the evidence of my truthfulness.

I too have BSNL broadband home 250- but the Internet Received & Sent BYTES are running thousand of BYTES even if I am not opening the, Net; the officer in BSNL says, it will run if the .NET is connected, though you are not openning any web-site; adise me to switch off the MODEM when not in USE.NET; But I had Hathway earlier(it was closed due to Political enmity in Chennai by A powerful competitor) which did not have SENT and RECEIVED Bytes running if Internet was not opened but Modem was ON. I suspect a foul-play by BSNL to increase their REVENUE by this mod-us ope-randy.

My query is regarding the Excess billing. I am a student who is studying in 8th standard, Well i use computer hardly an hour per day. In dont have any sibblings to use & My parents doesnt have much knowledge about it.
But i have received a bill of 2200. I dont know why?? Just to let you know, I have opted a package of 500.
If i call Customer care, There is no response rather, I am not able to reach customer care executive.
Could you please help me regarding the same.
