[Resolved]  Broadband — Dynamic lock not working.

Sub:- Resetting of dynamic locking against Telephone No.[protected].

Dear Sir,

I write to inform you that after converting my old land line connection as stated above with the Broadband connection in the month August’08 the dynamic locking system is not working in my telephone line. As a result the chargeable units are being abruptly high.

I, therefore, request you kindly to reset my dynamic locking system as per opinion of your technician for proper functioning of this system and oblige thereby.
