Broadband — usage details.

i'm unable to understand the usage which one to take for granted.i've registere myself in the selfcare portal website.it's showing the one usage and the portal is showing the other usage.which one to take for granted.in selfcare its showing too much usage which i didn't use.there is no response from coustmer care when called them.no rectifing of the fault only for say there are saying wew'll rectifie.
