I am unable to view the broadband usage. Customer care are very rude and they tell always go for register.mtnldelhi.in and you can see your usage. But the page doesnot open any time. I have repeatedly told to MTNL customer care. But they always say loke this.
They dont know nothing. Even i want to protect my wireless modem through paasword but they customer care people do not know how to do it. Even if they know they take the call and keep it on holding. I tried to talk Broad band area manager( Sarita VIhar, new delhi) but they also do the same. they have made their landphone in busy mode and mobile in call diverting optins. Please help us in this regard.
