[Resolved]  Broadband — Misbehaving by Top & bottom BSNL staff

Dear Sir,

please help me .... Again i requested you because i have not get any mail from your side also }


Actually i transferred my land line connection from Pratp nagar to Jhotwara jaipur .And BSNL people disconnected my land line phone from 18 th January 2011
i requested so many times and forward my application also .My father went my nearest bsnl office twice .but they were
not replying well. Then i personally visited to the BSNL main office { MIROAD} but their staff was not cooperative and help full . Than i called to Mr Mohd and Mr
Rakesh because BSNL staff told me to talk both person they are handling this transferred cases when i said to Mr Rakish sir i have this problem and
so many times i explain my problem to your staff . than he replied " AGAR AAP THAK GAYE HAI TO PHONE KATWA LIJIYE " and disconnect my phone
Than i talked to Mr PGM PA and explain my problem he replied i will revert you next day before 11 am .Next day i was waiting but they are not respond me than
than i visited their and ask him sir .still i am facing my problem and Now i want to talk to your PGM but he replied me he is busy .i waited their but without met
him i have to leave the office. Next day also he replied the same .

Now i want to ask to the PGM .if they do not have time for customer and if their staff are not treated well to customers
than what we can do . shell we disconnect our phone ?

I want to complain here for
Mr RAKESH
Mr MOHD
Mr RAWAT
&
Main PGM

Request to take action against these people because they misbehave with my father ,and me both .and for last 1month my part business was also effective


After long time now my connection is OK but for last one month they are charging full amount of my telephone and Broad Band both but my broad band is not working properly and i have to pay amount .i don't have any problem to pay my problem is still staff says if you want to discount your phone.you can ................i want to know is this a way to treat a customer .or Bsnl give this authority to behave like this with our customer
By all these problem my Part Business is going down and down .who is responsible for that ?
