Hi. My name is Rajender Kumar. There are 3 street lights in my street those are not working from past 1 month. Due to this, there have been recent few cases of snatching and theft. Will request you to kindly send someone to check and resolve this issue.

I am senior citizen of H4/31 Bengali colony, mahavir enclave, new delhi, I would like to bring your kind attention that our street light is not working from the last five days for this i had already registered the complain under complain no [protected]. till date nobody came here to sort out the problem, I dont know for what reason its delayed.

Now its under private sector why its delayed, why cosumer always face problem, every day i called for the reminder complain the executive said that your query would be solved but its still pending.. when it would be resolve..........

Look this matter seriously and try to reslove at the earliest

I have registered a complaint no. [protected] dated 21/2/2012 for replacement of sodium bulbs on two street light poles near my house but nobody turned up. Then after, i reactivated this complaint vide no. [protected] dated 29/2/2012 again. But this time also nobody bothered to attend it. Through this, i would like to inform the concerned authorities that please fix the responsibility on your field staff and asked them to attend the complaints urgently. C.P.Singh # 327, sector-3, R.K. Street Light Not Working
Dear Sir,
I am Living in R K BLOCK Gali No 21 Jain Road Bhagwati Garden Extension Uttam Nagar New Delhi-110059. The street light in front of my house BESE Pol No 456 not working since Last 2 Year even whole street is under darkness not a single light working here. I have made complaint by BSES coustomer center and also make on line complaint by www.bsesdelhi.com which but after a long time when no action taken my cmplaint by BSES I try to make complaint inline again then system show your comlaint is under process... but still street light under darkness. This has become very dangerous due to darkness for the people and children who walk on road.i have try to trace complaint which I make by coustomer support but helpline person told me that he made a complaint and BSES engineer working on that I do not know how can BSES person so careless about complaint. than what meaing of coustomer support server or coustomer support center.
Please take it seriously as it matters to consumer right.

With due respect, I would like to tell you that I am a resident of E-36 Shiv Vihar Nilothi Ext. Near Mangal Bazar, Nangloi, and facing a problem of darkness as 8 out of 10 street Lights are not working in the mother dairy lane of Shiv Vihar, it is my humble request to take some action regarding this problem,

After my several complaints regarding street light of Krishan kunj,laxmi nagar,delhi that they are not working since last two month.The staff of Bses or related department not taking action to repair them yet today .One of mobile holder NO-[protected] of BSES call to me and say that he will repair within two days but the street light not repair .Therefore I again request to you please repair the street light of poll (infront of h.no-132,gali side),poll (infront of Hno-129) or poll (infront of H n o-127)of KRISHAN KUNJ COLONY,LAXMI NAGAR,DELHI-92(MCD WARD N0-221)
