This is just to inform you that the Owner of Flat 402 (Tejwinder singh, Flat 402, Vishwakarma Colony, M.B. Road) is not deposited his electric bills since last 10 months. Now his amount reached to above 20, 000. I don’t know why you do not take any action against such defaulter. I give you a suggestion to collect such a big amount simultaneously. The owner of Flat 401 is related to his son. Get disconnect his both flat connection simultaneously to collect the amount. Please pressurized such people so other will not do such types of faults in the society.
BSES not able to Supply power - BSES not able to provide Power
I am Rajeev Sachdeva and I am resident of 4 South Anarkali extension, Street Number-07, Som Bazzar, Delhi-110051 and BSES has been a complete failure in Delhi and they are unable to supply sufficient power to our locality and there is a power cut of atleast 5 to 6 hours a day and there is a complete black out since 25th May2009 and whenever I log a complaint they give me certain time for restatment of power but that is a false commitment.
BSES is a curse on delhi as they are not able to provide sufficient power to Capital and the contarct with them to supply power should be cancelled and given to some foreign company.
BSES should also be fined heavily for making false commitment about the power supply.
I am not at all happy with the services of BSES as they are bunch of culprits headed by Anil Ambani.

This is to invite your urgent attention to the rapidly decreasing of voltage in Sewak Park, Uttam Nagar for the last few days. It could be very harmful to our electricity appliances because 150 voltage doesnot suitable to the same.

I am staying on rent in Bhogal our land lord is having BSES power supply, since last april till this april every thing was fine meter reading every thing but this year in may we went out of station house was locked even then meter was running and we had to pay bill, not only this our meter also started running just double then before and every night voltage go very low but meter run fast .This is my quarry from you I want to know the reason .My add is- 25 church lane iind floor, Bhogal New Delhi 14.waiting for appropriate action ASAP.Thanks & regards.

We complained on phone but every time they gave us time and the whole day there was no light. There is no value of customes. They just pick the phone and said this is the fault in this rea and our engineers are working on that. They don't bother whether customer is irate or not or customer is facing a lot of problem. there is no power cut schedule...no management. BSES is cutting power according to their choice one day at 9 pmt the next day 12 mid night & the other day 2 am...what is going on i dont know..i think BSES is largest group of the service provider..but there is no managment...every body is agree for power cut but there must be a schedule ...i so much disappointed with your service..
In a day they just provide 4 to 5 hours light. We are sick and tired with their service because due to power cut even i am unable to fill my water tank once the water supply timing there is no power in our area. Even Our Chief Minister they don't bother about it. In our area there is extream salty water service,
I think if BSES cannot provide sufficient light then they should close there department.
I am a resident in Pocket 12, Kalkaji Extention. While the quality of power is ok in the area, what really irritates us is the unscheduled and unannounced power cuts throughout the day.
I am sure they can plan the same.

I am very sorry to bring to your notice the unfortunate but severe conditions of the Delhi Power Supply by companies such as Reliance who apart from self gratifications and insatiable voracity fulfill no purpose or service to the general consumers.
Current Scenario of Electricity Supply in Chattarpur Satbari:
Date Duration Light was turned off
August 12, 2009 7am to 6pm (11 hours +2 hours of Load Shedding)
August 13, 2009 4 hours of load shedding
August 14, 2009 4am to 9am and again at 10:30 to 11:30 (6 hours)
These are the details of the last 2 ½ days however this situation has been there since the past months. It seems BSES in unequipped to deal with weather conditions as they shut off the power supply every time it rains and rarely switch it on again as some electricity pole has fallen or some wire has been damaged.
Due to repairs or breakdowns the electricity has been shut off on average for 6 hours and as much as 11 hours a day. This situation and quality of service is inexcusable. I also believe from our landlords that BSES has a reputation of over billing clients due to illegal connections to the power supply. Our landlords are facing such a case currently.
If BSES in unable to set up electrical poles which can withstand the weather conditions and can not control illegal connections I suggest they shut down and let someone more capable take over.
We are living in the 21st century, and this failure to provide simple amenities to the citizens of the country should not only be an embarrassment to the industry and the services they provide but also a reflection of the incapability of the government to control the situation and companies like Reliance (BSES) who are trying to maintain a monopoly in the power sector ever though they are incompetent at providing satisfactory facilities to say the least.

In C-151 Minto Road Govt. Quarters (C-Block Lal Quarters) those people are using electricity even after cutting off the meter. Officially the electricity is disconnected, but your BSES Employee helped him in this power theft.
