[Resolved]  BSES Delhi — No one came to repair Street Light

Dear Customer Care,

I have given a complaint Application No. E[protected] on Dated 04 Sept 2009 for Permanent Disconnection of Meter ( CRN No. [protected] / New K No. 2650 W423 0308 )
But Still no action is taken by Electricity Department.
Why is it not done and When It will be possible.
I am not getting any response even after many times reminder for this on Customer care.

My CRN No.[protected] first complained No. [protected] dated 24/09/09 and last no.[protected] dated 22/10/09 and write mail to CEO but not resolve complained for street light yet date 02/11/2009.But problem is same, no action regarding this. so i request you to please do something for the same. i really thankful to you.

This is regarding BSES Complaint No.136 Dated 24th March 2012 for repair Street Light in our Street. Electrician from BSES neither come to repair the street light which was not working from last one week nor Call me regarding the same. I have called many times to concerned person Mr. SK Sahu's mobile No. [protected] this number always not responding till today, please take it seriously as there are loose wire laying here & there, kids of our neighborhoods playing nearby the pole it can turn into disaster any point of time, please look into this matter on high priority to avoid any misshaping. it is my humble request to you please do something for the same. we would be really thankful to your quick response in this regard.
